KEEPING ACTIVE DURING LOCKDOWN

How do we stay motivated and active during lockdown?   Many people have the opportunity to do more activity, but just as many don't have the time due to other commitments, or are unable to find the enthusiasm to do so.  

​

There are many small steps we can all take to becoming a little more active during these difficult times, especially as it is now widely acknowledged that physical activity is beneficial on so many levels.  

​

The Chartered Institute of Physiotherapists sums the importance of activity in the article below, written in the second month of the Spring lockdown. I'll be posting more on other sources of information soon!
